TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SIP THROUGH NACH

A) SIP Payment through NACH/Direct Debit

1. This facility is available presently only for Systematic Investment Plan.

2. NACHdebit facilityis oeredatvarious banks.Fora detailedlistofbankspleasereferthewebsite

www.npci.org.in

3. ThisfacilityisoeredonlytotheinvestorshavingbankaccountswithabovementionedBanks.Abovelistis

subjecttomodication/updationatanytimeinfutureatthesolediscretionofCRAMC,withoutassigning

anyreasonorpriornotice.Ifanybankisremoved,SIPinstructionsofinvestorsforsuchbanksviaNACH

willbediscontinuedwithoutanypriornotice.

4. SIPinstalmentsshallbestartedonlyafterregistrationofSIP–NACHDebitMandatewithinvestorsbanker

throughNPCI.

7. InvestorshallhavetheoptionofchoosinganydateofthemonthastheSIPdateexceptthedates29th,30th

and31st.ForexercisinganydaySIPoptionOTMismandatory(As&whenpresentedandmaximumamount)

8. IncaseofSIPtransactionwherethemodeofpaymentisthroughNACH/DirectDebit,investorsarenotrequired

todoaninitialpurchasetransactionfortheminimumamountasapplicable.However,investorsarerequiredto

submitSIPrequestatleast30dayspriortothedateofrstinstallment.Incaseofincompletemandateform,

AMCmayinitiateremediationprocesstoobtainincompletedetails.Thisprocessmayexceed30daysandin

suchcaseitmayalsoimpacttheregistrationoftheSIPfacilityandsubsequentinstallments.SIPstartdate

shallnotbebeyond100daysforMonthlyandQuarterlySIPsfromthedateofsubmissionofSIPapplication.

 TheapplicantwillhavetherighttodiscontinueSIPatanytimeheorshesodesiresbyprovidingawritten

requestattheoceoftheCanaraRobecoMutualFundCustomerServiceCentres.Noticeofdiscontinuance

shouldbereceived30dayspriortothesubsequentSIPdate.

 AlltermsandconditionsforSIP,includingExitLoad,ifany,prevailinginthedateofSIPenrolment/registration

bythefundshallbeleviedintheScheme.

9. TheinvestoragreestoabidebythetermsandconditionsofNACH/DirectDebitfacilitiesofReserveBank

ofIndia(RBI)/NPCI.

10.InvestorwillnotholdCanaraRobecoMutualFund,itsregistrarsandotherserviceprovidersresponsibleif

thetransactionisdelayedornoteectedortheinvestorbankaccountisdebitedinadvanceorafterthe

specicSIPdateduetovariousclearingcyclesforNACH/DirectDebit.

11. IfmandateisnotregisteredthroughNACHmodeor/andiffrequencyoptedisotherthan“asandwhen

presented”,mandatewillnotbeconsideredasonetimemandate.

12.CanaraRobecoMutualFundreservestheright torejectanyapplicationwithoutassigninganyreason

thereof.

Incaseof“AtPar”cheques,investorsneedtomentiontheMICRnumberofhisactualbankbranch.

14. New Investor:IftheinvestorfailstomentiontheschemenameintheSIPMandateForm,thentheFund

reservestherighttoregistertheSIPaspertheschemenameavailableinthemainapplicationform.Incase

multipleschemesarementionedinthemainapplicationform,theFundreservestherighttorejecttheSIP

request.

15. Existing Investor:IftheinvestorfailstomentiontheschemenameintheSIPMandateForm,theFund

reservestherighttoregistertheSIPintheexistingscheme(eligibleforSIP)availableintheinvestor’s

folio.IncasemultipleschemesorEquityLinkedSavingsScheme(ELSS)areavailableinthefolio,theFund

reservestherighttorejecttheSIPrequest.

16.IncaseSIPdateisnotselectedorthedatementionedisnotlegibleorclearormultipleSIPdateareopted,

thentheSIPwillberegisteredon15th(defaultdate)ofeachMonth/Quarterasapplicable.Further,incase

SIPregistrationthroughNACH,ifmultipleSIPdatesareopted,SIPwillberegisteredforallopteddates.

17. IftheinvestorhasnotmentionedtheSIPstartmonth,SIPwillstartfromthenextapplicablemonth,subject

tocompletionof30daysleadtimefromthereceiptofSIPrequest.

18.IncasetheSIP‘EndPeriod’isnotmentionedbytheinvestorintheform,thenthefundwillcontinueSIP

till it receives termination notice from the investor.

19.Maximum Amount:TheMAXIMUMAMOUNTisthepertransactionmaximumlimit.Investorcanregister

multipleSIPsbuttheamountshouldnotexceedthemaximumamountmentionedpertransaction.Generally

speaking,yourSIPamountwillbelesserthanthisamount,butchoosingaslightlyhigherlimithelpsyou

toundertakeadditionalinvestmentsasperyourchoice.Alwaysremembertomentionanamountthatis

convenienttoyou.

20.Change of Amount:InvestorscanchangetheSIPamountbysubmittingthefollowingdocuments30days

B) General Instructions

1. Existinginvestorsneed toprovidetheirfolionumberinthismandateformandneednottollinthe

CommonApplicationForm.

Scheme Features.

2. IftheinvestorselectsmultipleSIPfrequenciesorfailstochooseanyofthem,thedefaultSIPfrequencywill

beMonthly.

3. CanaraRobecoMutualFund,itsregistrarsandotherserviceprovidersshallnotberesponsibleandliable

foranydamages/compensationforanyloss,damageetc.incurredbytheinvestor.Theinvestorassumes

theentireriskofusingthisfacilityandtakesfullresponsibility.

4. TheBankshallnotbeliablefor,norbeindefaultbyreasonof,anyfailureordelayincompletionofits

obligationsunderthisAgreement,wheresuchfailureordelayiscaused,inwholeorinpart,byanyactsof

God,civilwar,civilcommotion,riot,strike,mutiny,revolution,re,ood,fog,war,lightening,earthquake,

changeofGovernmentpolicies,unavailabilityofBank’scomputersystem,forcemajeureevents,orany

othercauseofperilwhichisbeyondtheBank’sreasonablecontrolandwhichhaseectofpreventingthe

performanceofthecontractbytheBank.

6. SIP TOP UP Facility:

(a)InvestorscanoptforSIPTOPUPfacility,whereintheamountoftheSIPcanbeincreasedatxedintervals.

ThefrequencyisxedatYearlyandHalfYearlybasis.IncasetheTOPUPfacilityisnotoptedbytickingthe

7. Theinvestorherebyagreestoindemnifyandnotholdresponsible,theAMCanditsemployees,theR&T

agentandtheserviceprovidersincasehis/herbankisnotabletoeectanyofthepaymentinstructions

forwhatsoeverreason.

8. Demat/Non-Demat Mode:InvestorshaveanoptiontoholdtheUnitsindematerializedform.Byproviding

DPdetails,Unitsshallbedirectlycreditedtotheinvestor’sdemataccountaftertherealizationoffundsand

depositorieswillissueastatement.Applicantsmustensurethatthesequenceofnamesasmentionedin

theapplicationformmatcheswiththatoftheaccountheldwiththeDepositoryParticipant.

 Ifthedetailsmentionedintheapplicationareincomplete/incorrectornotmatchedwiththeDepository

data,theapplicationshallbetreatedasinvalidandtheunitswouldbeallottedinNon-Dematmode.The

applicationformshouldmandatorilyaccompanythelatestClientinvestormaster/Demataccountstatement.

DematoptionwillbenotbeavailableforDaily/Weekly/Fortnightlydividendoptions.Investorsdesiringtoget
